The most common handling techniques:

  • Machine tending
    E.g. for a standard milling machine or lathe, but also for machines that we have developed ourselves, feeding parts into the cell over a conveyor belt or picking them directly from the original transport pallets

  • Palletising 
    In line with the customer’s requirements and possibly combined with the supply or removal of pallets and intermediate sheets.

  • Vision-supported picking of components
    Flawless position detection using a camera:necessary for random oriented parts. 

  • Pick & place
    Pneumatic and servo-driven handling units for placing and positioning components.

  • Robot handling
    Customised robot integration for handling applications:mechanical, with vacuum technology or electromagnets, possibly with adjustable and combined grippers.
