Privacy Statement
As of May 25, 2018, the stricter privacy legislation is in force. To comply with this law, we want to properly inform our suppliers and customers about the storage of personal data via this privacy statement.
This privacy statement has been prepared for Manders Automation BV and Manders Automation BV II, located at Keizersveld 16, 5803 AN Venray, represented by J.A.P.J. Thijssen, Managing Director.

1. Collection and use of personal data
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will collect and use the personal data that you provide us as this is necessary to conclude and execute possible agreements with you. This applies to (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and / or services.
If you are a (potential) customer, we use your data to be able to send you a quotation, to be able to determine the specifications or wishes you would like to see in a certain product or service, to be able to deliver products or execute services, to be able to send you an invoice and to be able to communicate quickly and efficiently about various aspects of our agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or a different type of contractor, your personal details are necessary for the conclusion and execution of an agreement as well. In case of purchasing, this is crucial to inform you about which specifications and wishes must be met by a good or service in our opinion, to send you a quotation request or to place an order, to pay your invoices and to communicate quickly and efficiently with you about other aspects of our agreement.
You are not obligated to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us any personal data or provide us with insufficient or false data, we may not be able to execute the above mentioned activities.
2. Sharing your data with third parties
In view of executing an agreement, we possibly need to provide your personal data to third parties that supply us with parts, materials or products or execute activities we assign them. Furthermore, we use Microsoft Office and corresponding databases for e-mails and other files. Finally, as we may use a service for newsletters, your data may be provided to the supplier of this service.
Direct marketing
If you gave us permission for this, we will store the by you provided personal data and use them to personally inform you via e-mail about existing and new products and services and might inform you about special offers. Any time we send you a promotional e-mail, you have the possibility to inform us you no longer wish to receive these. You can use the sign out link at the end of every mailing to do so.
3. Storage period of personal data
If you requested a quotation but did not become one of our customers, we will delete your data not later than one year after our final contact. If we requested a quotation from you but we decided not to become a customer of yours, we will delete your data not later than one year after our final contact as well. If you did become our customer or if we did become yours, we will store your data for seven years after the ending of the year in which our agreement has been completely fulfilled. These seven years are the period in which we are obligated to store our business administration for the tax authorities. After this period, we will delete your personal data.
4. Rights
You have the right to ask us to see your own personal data we have stored. You may request us to complete your personal data or correct any errors. Furthermore, you have the right to request us to erase your data or to limit our use of your data. You can object to the collection and use of your personal data to us or report a complaint to the authority of personal data. Finally, you can request us to provide you with your personal data or share these with other parties.
