Four anniversaries at Manders Automation

🎉 Cheers for four colleagues! ðŸŽ‰

This month, no fewer than four colleagues celebrated an anniversary at Manders. Wilbert, Yvonne, Joep and Peter, thank you for your efforts and congratulations on these milestones!

Jubileum Wilbert

Wilbert has been our colleague for the longest time of these four; he has been working at Manders for 35 years now. In 1988 he started as a machinist and in the first years he did a lot of machining and welding. After that, more assembly work was added and from 2018 Wilbert started to fulfil the position of Field Service Engineer. With the wealth of experience he has built up since the beginning, he knows exactly what it takes to keep our customers’ machines running smoothly.

Jubileum Yvonne

Yvonne celebrated her 30th anniversary in our team this year. In 1993 she joined Manders as an administrative assistant/secretary. She was immediately responsible for all administrative tasks, but also for other matters such as the canteen and trade fair visits. Fortunately, in the past 30 years, more colleagues have joined to share the tasks, but Yvonne's activities remain diverse. She has also been working for the staff association for years with great pleasure.

Jubileum Joep

Joep started with us ten years ago as a technical trainee. As a school leaver, he first went through an apprenticeship in the factory for a period of time and then he started working as a designer. In the years since, Joep has continued to grow in the engineering department. First to engineer constructor, then to chief constructor, in 2021 to head of department engineering and from 2023 he is head of the electrical engineering and documentation as well.

Jubileum Peter

Peter has reached the first milestone of 5 years at Manders this year. In 2018 we were looking for an addition to our assembly team and Peter then joined us as an electrician. After a number of years, he took up the challenge to supplement his activities with electrical engineering. He fulfils this role as an electrical engineer/mechanic very flexibly and always thinks along, whereby we notice that theory and practice go very well together. We are of course very happy with that at Manders.
